* Timeless DVD is currently not accepting new projects. We are dealing with a backlog of projects at this time and need to complete these before committing to others. In addition, Timeless DVD is handling the recent, difficult death of a family member, a situation that is limiting our studio time.

Please know that this is a temporary situation and we plan to be back full-time by late September 2008. If you have a large project that does not have an immediate due date, or if you have questions, please feel free to let us know as usual. If you really need to talk to a person, please call. We ask that you leave a message when prompted to do so. We will return your call as soon as we can. We are frequently unable to answer the phone when it rings, as we are usually attending to customers' video projects or away from the studio.

Please note that due to our work scheduling, it can take longer for us to return a phone call, whereas e-mails are usually answered within an hour or two. Please be aware if you leave a message on Friday afternoon, we may not be able to return your call until Monday.

We offer free pickup and delivery of projects in the Philadelphia suburbs. This includes Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and parts of Philadelphia county. Because of traffic and parking costs, we are not able to offer this service in Center City Philadelphia, but we will meet you at a location halfway between the city and Lansdale.

TURNAROUND TIME:
Turnaround time depends on the service, the complexity of your order, our current workload, and the time of the year. For rush orders, always contact us first with your needs and we will advise as to what turnaround is possible.

Here are general estimates:

DVD Video Transfer: 1–2 weeks for a single DVD transfer with one or a few videotapes. If your project is complex and requires multiple DVD discs, or you have a large number of videotapes to transfer, turnaround is at least 2 weeks or longer. Turnaround time is also longer if we need to assess the length of your videotapes first and provide an invoice prior to production. Rush orders: A video transfer due within 1 week or less is a rush order and requires a 20% rush fee in addition to the total cost.

DVD Photo Slideshow: 3-4 weeks. We advise that you submit your slideshow materials about a month prior to your event or deadline. For very large slideshows (200+ photos), at least 4 weeks is needed. We absolutely do not accept slideshow projects with one week or less to the deadline. Rush orders: A slideshow needed within 2 weeks is considered a rush order. For these jobs, a 20% rush fee is added to your total slideshow cost. (Please note: due to workload, we are not always able to accommodate rushed slideshows.)

DVD Disc Duplication: 1–2 weeks for most short-run orders (less than 100 discs). Larger projects will require at least 2 weeks. Rush orders: A duplication order due within 1 week or less is a rush order and requires a 20% rush fee in addition to the total cost.
