We often receive:
E-mail is our primary means of communication.
Here's why:
• E-mail provides project details and price documentation
for both of us.
• We can quickly provide order forms
and helpful links in e-mails.
• We can answer e-mails while we convert video.
We cannot answer phone calls.
• When our phone number was online, we
were constantly disrupted by telemarketers.
Pre-sales questions are only handled
via e-mail. After
your project has been submitted, we are available to
discuss your project by phone with you if needed. |

Turnaround time to convert to DVD depends
on the complexity and size of your order, our current
workload, and the time of the year. If your
order requires a due date, you must contact us before
submitting your order. We only guarantee a due date
if we have confirmed that
your project will fit into our schedule.
Please note that "normal" turnaround
time for our DVD transfer service or
any service is simply an estimate. Just
like a highway, Timeless DVD experiences both heavy
and light traffic. Please be patient if the average
time does not hold true for your project. It is in
everyone's best interest that each video
transfer is handled carefully and correctly. It is
not productive to get stressed out or angry.
Please refrain from excessively checking in
regarding your order's status. Doing this
slows down the turnaround for everyone. If we have
arranged a due date with you, we will meet it. We have
never once missed a deadline when we convert
tapes to DVD or any other project. If you haven't
indicated a desired time frame, be
patient. Don't worry – we know your order is
here and we're working on it! |

These are our hours for pickup and delivery, drop
offs, and phone calls. We answer e-mail on nights
and weekends as often as
we can. |

We offer 3 ways
get your project in:

Ship
it. This is the fastest and easiest
way to reach us, and used by the majority
of our clients. |
• |
Free pickup/delivery
in PA if your project totals $100+.
Available in Bucks, Delaware, Chester, and
Montgomery County, suburban areas of Philadelphia
county, and the Lehigh Valley. Not available
in Center City. Pickup service is provided
by our delivery person who is only there to
collect your order, not discuss your project. |

Drop off your order
in the dropoff box outside our studio. Please
note this is not a meeting. The doorbell
will not be answered. We realize that some
customers would like to spend time with
us going through their projects. We apologize
but we lack the facilities or staff to
accommodate this presently. |
