Choose a DVD case
(Options B and D)

A professional-grade Amaray DVD case is provided for Options B and D. We offer a range of colors, including black, white, clear, blue, violet, green, red, yellow, and "tinted" clear. We also offer slimline DVD cases in black, white, and clear. See the bottom of our Disc Duplication page for images of all available cases.

Any color case will work for Option B, and will add a splash of color to the black-and-white cover. However, for Option D and color artwork, please note that color cases are most effective when carefully planned along with the cover design and color scheme. Often, color cases work best when they highlight a secondary color in the main cover. If you're interested in using a color case, ask us for our recommendations.

Custom artwork
(Options C and D)

Options C and D allow for full-color printing on the disc and cover. We offer three options for your project:

1. Scanning the disc and/or cover design from your original DVD. This option is included free of charge. The art from your master DVD is printed in full color on your copies to match your original DVD.

2. Selecting one of our Themes for the cover design. Our Themes combine a photo of your choice with one of our designs. This option is $10 for Option C and $20 for Option D. See our Themes Gallery for available designs.

3. Custom artwork, designed from scratch. Please contact us prior to project submission for a custom quote.

Write a title for your DVD.

A title of your choice appears on the disc, as well as the cover for options B and D. Your title can be two lines of text. Most customers prefer to have a main headline and a smaller subhead, which is frequently a date. A sample title is shown at the left.

You can indicate all your instructions for your DVD project on our easy ordering form, including your package option, quantity, title, disc and case preferences, and any artwork. The order form is available at the top of this page as a downloadable PDF. Just contact us if you would like us to mail a printed copy to you instead.

We're happy to help! If you are confused by anything on the order form, feel free to write out your instructions in a way that makes sense to you on a piece of paper. If we have questions, we'll ask.

Payment Information

Please include full payment with your order. All orders must be paid for in full before DVD production can begin. We accept personal checks, major credit cards, and PayPal. Make checks payable to "Timeless DVD." For credit cards, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

You may also use PayPal. Mark this as your preferred payment choice on your order form, and include the e-mail address that PayPal has on file for your account. We will e-mail a PayPal request to you for the total amount when we receive your order. Please note that you must complete your payment through PayPal before we can begin work on your DVD.

Mail your order to us!

Please include your master disc, photo (if required for custom artwork and/or cover design), order form, and payment, and use the mailing address that's on the bottom of the order form. Make sure to pack your master disc carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. For safe shipping, we recommend first placing your disc in a Ziploc plastic bag to seal out moisture. Then, put it into a padded CD/DVD mailing envelope (available at office supply stores), or surround the disc with sturdy cardboard. Finally, use a sturdy or padded envelope or box. All of these steps add an extra buffer of protection.

In addition, we strongly recommend sending your package via a trackable shipping carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking service. We have never lost a package using these services!

We realize that materials sent to us are irreplaceable, and we handle them with the highest attention and care. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping process. This is why we encourage you to pack your project correctly and send it via trackable shipping. We will do the same when we send your completed DVDs back to you.

If you live in southeastern Pennsylvania, you also have the option of requesting pickup or dropoff service. This service includes Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and parts of Philadelphia county. Because of traffic and parking costs, we are not able to offer this service in Center City Philadelphia, but we will meet you at a location between the city and Lansdale.

A third option is for you to drop off your order at our Lansdale studio. Please note that this is only offered as a final option. Available times for meeting in our studio are extremely limited, so it may be a week or more before we can set up an appointment for you. For that reason, we urge you to either mail your project or request our local pickup service instead.

Our turn!

If you wish, you can e-mail or call us when you've sent your order so we know to watch for it. In any case, we'll e-mail or call to let you know that your materials were received. Then we'll get to work. If your order form raises a question, we'll be back in touch.

Turnaround time averages about 1–2 weeks for most short-run orders (less than 100 discs). Original graphic design may require over 2 weeks. Turnaround time also depends on the complexity of your order, our current workload, and the time of the year.

If your order requires a specific due date or you need your project to be completed in less than 1 week (a rush order), please contact us before sending your order. We only guarantee a desired due date if we have confirmed to you that your project will fit into our production schedule (prior to project submission).

All finished!

We'll mail your Timeless DVD and all original materials back to you! We pack orders carefully with bubble wrap and use a trackable carrier for the most safe shipping possible. When the order has been sent, we will e-mail you with tracking information, and we will also check with you to ensure that your package arrives safely.

If you're local in southeastern Pennsylvania, we can arrange delivery options. As with project pickup, we offer free delivery of a finished project in the general area.

Then . . . enjoy the show! And don't forget, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as you can. We will make every reasonable effort to solve the issue for you.

P.S. We keep a copy of your project in our archives, just in case you need additional copies after your order has been completed. Just e-mail us and let us know! We can even send DVD copies directly to relatives' and friends' addresses to save you both time and postage!
