Our order form to create DVD copies available on the right as a PDF. Simply print out and fill in the form, which starts with simple contact info.

If you are confused by anything on the order form, just write out your instructions in a way that makes sense to you. If we have questions, we'll ask.

Please remember that we are legally unable to copy video from copyrighted DVDs, such as movies you buy in a store. If you have a DVD that is copyrighted but you believe it may be acceptable to copy it, please check with us prior to project submission.

We offer four DVD disc duplication options.

First, you'll need to decide which of our four packaging options works the best for your exact project.

In short, four options offer choices for printing on the disc, and whether or not a case is included. For larger illustrations, click the images on the right. For pricing for each option, see our DVD Duplication page.

Our packages are:

Option A: Disc only, with black on-disc printing, in paper sleeve

Option B: Disc and DVD Case, with black printing on disc and cover

Option C: Disc only, with full-color on-disc printing, in paper sleeve

Option D: Disc and DVD Case, with full-color printing on disc and cover

Options for packages A and B (black text)

Options A and B first include a title of your choice, which is printed on the disc (option A) or both the disc and the case (option B). Please print clearly.

Next, you have your choice of having your project duplicated on our glossy water proof discs or our traditional matte discs. Both types of discs are manufactured by Taiyo Yuden, and there is no difference between the two types other than the finish.

Finally, if you are choosing Option B, a professional-grade Amaray DVD case is provided for your DVD duplication packaging. We offer a range of colors, including black, white, clear, blue, green, red, yellow, and "tinted" clear. We also offer slimline cases in black, white, and clear. Any color case will work for Option B, and will add a splash of color to the cover. See our Copy DVD page for images of all available cases. (Option A includes a white paper sleeve for each disc.)

Options for packages C and D (color)

Options A and B feature a color design, which is printed on the disc (option C) or both the disc and the case (option D).

We offer three ways to design your artwork when you copy video. First, you may provide your own art for no extra charge. Your art can be provided as digital files or as a "hard copy" that we scan. Digital files will provide better quality than a scan.

If sending digital files, please visit our Copy DVDs Artwork Guidelines page for templates and instructions on correctly laying out your design files. Additional charges may apply to your project if we need to do significant work to make your design compatible with the dimensions of a disc or case. Send your art on a CD, Flash drive, or other device (no e-mail).

Secondly, you may also choose one of our Themes for your project. A Themes combine a photo of your choice with one of our designs (non-photo designs available too). This option is $10 for Option C and $20 for Option D. See our DVD Design page for available Themes. List your desired Theme and color preferences (if applicable) in this same section.

Finally, since we are a full-service DVD duplicator, we can also custom-design your packaging from scratch. Please contact us prior to project submission for a quote if interested in a custom design.

Check the circle if you would prefer to see a proof of your disc and/or insert cover before we copy your DVD. Proofs are exact replicas of the finished product. Please note that proofs usually add additional turnaround time to a project.

If you are choosing a Theme or a custom design, write the title that you would like to appear on the disc and/or case.

You have your choice of either our glossy WaterShield discs or our traditional matte discs for your duplication. Both discs are manufactured by Taiyo Yuden, regarded as the best media supplier in the world, and there is no difference between the two types other than the surface finish. In general, however, color artwork will "pop" more on the glossy discs.

If you are choosing Option D, a professional-grade DVD case is provided. We offer a range of colors, including black, white, clear, blue, violet, green, red, yellow, and "tinted" clear, as well as slimline DVD cases. TOTALS for your DVD copies

On page 2 of the form are separate sections for each of our packages. Fill in your quantity at the correct price level and total amount.

Then, if you are ordering either Option C or Option D and a Theme design as well, fill in the appropriate fee.

The subtotal is the total amount written in the quantity line of the option you chose (plus Theme design if applicable). Add this subtotal to any rush fees, credits (coupons), 6% PA state tax for PA residents, and the $10.00 shipping cost. If additional shipping is required, we will let you know after we receive your project. Then write the grand total.

Please include full payment with your order. Payment information must be submitted before production can begin. We accept personal checks, major credit cards, and PayPal. Make checks payable to "Timeless DVD." (Checks are not cashed and cards are not charged until project is finished.) Rush orders MUST be paid via credit card or PayPal.

If choosing PayPal, write in the e-mail address that PayPal has on file for your account. We will e-mail a PayPal request to you for the total amount. You must complete your payment through PayPal before we can begin work on your DVD.

Mail your DVD disc duplication project to us

Include your master disc, photo (if required for Theme or design), and order form, and use the mailing address that's on the bottom of the form.

Pack your master disc carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. We recommend placing your disc in a Ziploc plastic bag to seal out moisture. Then, put it into a padded CD/DVD mailing envelope (available at office supply stores), or surround the disc with sturdy cardboard. Finally, use a sturdy or padded envelope or box.

If possible, please ensure that you keep a copy of your master disc, or have the files otherwise backed up. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. However, we take the utmost care when we copy DVD to DVD.

We strongly recommend sending your package via a trackable shipping carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Approximately 90% of our customers get their projects to us this way. It's safe, fast, and saves everyone time and gas!

As a final step of protection, the mailing address on our order forms is that of our private mailbox. The mailbox is located in a temperature-controlled facility. That means your package is never sitting outside in cold or hot temperatures, and you can even request signature confirmation. Our mailbox is an extra measure of service we offer to protect your project.

Free Pickup Service: If you live in southeastern Pennsylvania and your project totals $100 or more, you may request pickup service for your DVD duplications. Pickup is handled by our delivery person, whose only job is to collect your order. Pickup service is not a meeting; please do not direct any questions or instructions for your order to our delivery person. Service is provided in Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and parts of Philadelphia county, as well as the Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton area. Sorry, we are not able to offer this service in Center City Philadelphia.

Dropoff Box: You may also drop off your order at our Lansdale, PA studio. Dropoffs are accepted via a box outside our door. It is not a meeting and the doorbell will not be answered. We realize that some customers would like to spend time with us going through their project. We apologize but we do not have the facilities or staff to accommodate this at the current time. Dropoff service is simply intended for local customers who do not want to ship their order and are not eligible for our pickup service. If you are dropping off your project, please let us know at least a day in advance approximately what time you are arriving, which will enable us to bring your project inside as soon as possible.

Our turn to copy video!

If you wish, e-mail us after you've mailed your order, and we'll e-mail when your materials arrive. If your order form raises a question, we'll be in touch.

Turnaround for duplicating DVDs averages about 1–2 weeks for most orders that include 100 copies or less (excluding shipping). Larger or more complex projects take longer. Original customized graphic design will require 2 weeks or longer.

Turnaround is only an estimate, and depends upon your project's quantity and complexity, and our workload at the time your project arrives. As a detailed-oriented DVD duplicator, Timeless DVD has times of both heavy and light traffic. Please be patient if our average turnaround time does not hold true for your project. It is not productive to get stressed out. It is in everyone's best interest that each project is handled carefully and correctly.

If your order requires a specific due date or you need your duplication project to be completed in less than 1 week (a rush order), you must contact us before sending your order. We only guarantee a desired due date if we have confirmed to you prior to project submission that your project will fit into our DVD copy service schedule.

We'll ship your master disc, DVD copies, and all original materials back to you! DVD-R duplication orders are shipped via UPS.

We pack your DVD dubs carefully with bubble wrap and use a trackable carrier. If you chose pickup service at the start of your project, we will arrange to have the project hand-delivered. Finished projects that were originally dropped off will be available in our dropoff box outside the studio.

If there is a problem with your order, please let us know. We will make every reasonable effort to solve the issue.
