Photo correction in a slideshow DVD is
the optimization of your pictures so they look their best onscreen.
We balance contrast levels, adjust hue
casts, saturate faded color, remove red eye, straighten crooked
angles, and repair minor dust, scratches, stains, wrinkles, and
creases. All correction is done by hand because there is
no software that can match a skilled photo expert's
touch; that is part of what makes a DVD photo slideshow professional.
When choosing a slide shows company, make sure they offer these
features – photo
correction makes a big difference in a photo
presentation!
Please note that photo correction is not full photo
restoration. A professional photo restorer will spend hours adjusting
every minute flaw in a photo, enabling it to be printed
or archived. Our efforts, on the other hand, focus on adjusting
each photo so it looks great during the 6–10 seconds it
is onscreen. We fix the largest issues that may distract
the audience, and ignore minor flaws they will likely not notice.

Notes on Slideshows
Some of the photos above exhibit extreme damage. As a DVD slideshow
creator, we usually have time to be able to fix up to 3 severely
damaged photos in a photo
DVD for no additional charge. If your photo slide show DVD
contains many damaged photos, please contact us in advance for
a specialized video photo montages quote.
