First, you'll compile
your photos, music, video clips, titles, and
captions into the desired order. Then, you'll
fill out our DVD Photo Slideshow Order Form.
This form tells us the order of your photos and
songs, and all the other details you want
to add to your show. You may ship your
materials to us or, if you're local, take advantage
of our free pickup/delivery in the
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania suburbs. We'll take
it from there!
Our first task is
to scan your photographs. We always scan at high
resolutions to ensure that your photos look fantastic
and for correct photo archiving. Moreover, we
scan each photo individually, by hand, to ensure
its safety and the quality of our work. No automated
scanners here! We can scan all sizes of photos,
from tiny slides to large 8x10s.
Next, our seasoned photo editors
use Photoshop to adjust each photo to look its
best. This process includes correcting contrast and
color, buffing out dust and scratches, sharpening,
and fixing rips, creases, minor "red-eye," and
crooked angles.
We set your photos
into the specified order and then assign motion
to them. We employ artistic techniques
such as pans, zooms, and dissolves, all of which
give a sense of movement to the presentation.
The video at the left shows how zooms and pans
can enliven a staid group photo.
Next, we take the
time to personally custom-edit your music to
your photos, creating a blend of sight and sound
that makes a profound emotional impact. We use
professional audio-editing software and training
to customize your songs perfectly. We do much
more than just fade your song when the photos
end!
We can add as many
title screens, captions, and video clips as
you would like. Timeless DVD does not offer packages
for our slideshows. This way, you have absolute
freedom to select as many elements as you want.
This saves you money, as well as makes your project
fully customized!
Finally, your DVD
Photo Slideshow is professionally authored to
a high-quality DVD disc. It is fully packaged,
including a customized Main Menu, a full color
cover, color on-disc printing, and a professional-grade
DVD case. You can even add a photo of your choice
to the design, free of charge! In addition, we
also offer a "Restored Photo CD," which
includes all your photos in high resolution
for making new prints and photo archiving. Each
video montage we produce is the perfect combination
of customized video and exceptional
design.
