In the Jewish faith, nothing is more sacred
than your son's bar mitzvah or daughter's bat mitzvah.
When Jewish children reach the age of 13,
they begin to bear their personal responsibility for Jewish
tradition and law. A mitzvah
includes a a service, as well as a celebratory
meal that often takes the form of an extensive, formal party.
The bar or bat mitzvah party, in recent years, also
includes a slideshow presentation honoring the guest of
honor by tracing the child's life.
Therefore, it should include photos of the child growing
up, family, school friends, and his or her extracurricular
activities and interests, as well as video. These are
wonderful mitzvah gifts!
After the party is over, we can also memorialize the experience
for posterity. Simply provide your photos of the ceremony
and party to us, and we can create a beautiful mitzvah
montage. Or send us the video you shot at the party. Order
a tape
to DVD transfer to create an extra special video
production. Copies of the commemorative DVD can be send
to grandparents and family members who were unable to attend.
There are many good mitzvah ideas out there – just
look around!
